In most cases home networks are a few pieces of hardware that allow us to get all of your computers to connect to the internet at once. No one thinks about them until they prevent you from doing something you want to or even from getting on the Internet at all. Do you wish you had someone to call when your network won't work? For as little as $50 a year, your network can be professionally maintained by LF Consulting.
How it works:
The existing network must undergo the initial optimization process (See "Setup Cost" Below). Once an optimal baseline has been recorded, your network is eligible for one of our yearly maintenance plans.

Service report added to site log
A site log is a collection of all of the information pertinent to the systems at the site being supported by LF Consulting. This includes hardware & software specifications for all supported devices. In addition, all services rendered by LF Consulting on equipment and/or software at the site will have a service report generated and added to the site log. This process provides a central location for information to be gathered and reviewed for future action. The site log will be maintained at both the client site and LF Consulting headquarters.
The network must undergo an initial $25 optimization process where the system is cleaned, tuned, and benchmarked for comparison during on site and remote visits by our technicians. This process can take anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours depending on the system and can be performed on site. If your network has had hardware modifications by LF Consulting within the last 30 days, the infrastructure has already undergone the necessary optimization and diagnostics and the initial fee is waived.
The network will be scheduled for one day of onsite maintenance a year. In the event of a network related issue two hours of technical support will be available to you for quick "over the phone" fixes. If a network need arises that requires experienced intervention, remote administration will be available as a solution or if the need requires hands on intervention, included each year is a complimentary onsite emergency consultation. The 1-year total subscription fee is $75.
Automatically Renewing Maintenance Plans:
Maintenance plans are sold per machine per year. This service is automatically renewed. If you choose to change the details of a maintenance plan, changes will take affect during the next renewal at the end of the existing service contract. If renewal payment is not received and service lapses for over 45 days the PC will have to undergo the initial setup, optimization and diagnostics process again.
